The Process
Once planning permission is secured, you must obtain Building Regulations plan check approval before construction begins to ensure your project complies with the appropriate standards including but not limited to UK safety, thermal, and structural standards. The build will also be monitored at certain stages throughout the project by Building Control.
Technical Drawings & Specification
We develop detailed technical drawings and construction specifications. This information provides the precise structural, insulation, and fire safety details required by Building Control for legal compliance. They also give your building contractor the details needed for accurate pricing and on-site construction.
Consultant Coordination
Most projects require specialist input. We coordinate directly with external consultants, such as structural engineers, to seamlessly integrate structural calculations, steel beam layouts, and foundation designs into our final technical package.
Application Submission
We manage the entire application process on your behalf, submitting plans to the local authority or an approved independent inspector, and resolving any queries to secure a smooth approval.
